DEI at Work
What does the future of work look like when we’re thinking about diversity, inclusivity, and equity, and what does it look like for different groups of people? This season, we interviewed people managers, executive leadership, and DEI trainers, practitioners, and facilitators. You’ll get their perspectives on what DEI really looks like in the workplace from a practical, actionable standpoint.
Vienna was responsible for end-to-end production for this stand-alone documentary mini-season of DEI at Work. Vienna initially pitched, researched, and developed this season’s concept to connect with the listener community and share their frontline stories alongside experts’ experiences and insights. Vienna project managed this 12-episode arc, managing guest sourcing, booking, pre-screening, questions, and interview recording sessions with more than 25 guests. She identified and developed themes, pulled in expert insights and research, scripted interstitial content for hosts, managed additional ADR recordings, and produced and edited all episodes. She delivered the final audio files and transcripts for the 9-episode documentary and three bonus episodes of full interviews.
